 Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at bdpt.work@bodipartii.top.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 Exchanges:

• For exchanges, please contact our customer service team directly. We'll be happy to assist you in selecting a replacement item.
• Exchanged items must meet the same condition standards as return items.

 Restocking Fee:

• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all eligible returns.
• This fee helps cover the cost of processing returns and returning items to inventory.

 Final Sale Items:

• Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. All sales on final sale items are considered final.

 Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.

 *If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
